Continuous pyrolysis furnace
The advantages of a continuous pyrolysis furnace lie in its energy-saving and large-scale production characteristics. Due to its ability to achieve continuous operation, it can handle a large amount of biomass raw materials and is suitable for industrial production. Meanwhile, continuous operation also helps to stabilize the pyrolysis process and improve the consistency of product quality and yield. These characteristics make continuous pyrolysis furnaces have broad application prospects in the biomass energy industry and waste treatment fields.

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Feed: Biomass raw materials (such as wood chips, straw, plant residues, etc.) are continuously fed into the furnace through the feeding system
01
Pyrolysis reaction: Biomass raw materials are heated to high temperature in a furnace and undergo pyrolysis reaction in an anaerobic or low oxygen environment. In this process, biomass is decomposed into solid charcoal, biomass liquid, and biomass gas.
02
Product separation: In a continuous pyrolysis furnace, products will continuously move from the reaction area to the subsequent processing area. Solid carbon is usually heavy and settles to the bottom of the furnace, which is discharged through the discharge port of the system. Biomass liquid and biomass gas are relatively light and will be directed to different collectors.
03
Cooling and purification: Biomass liquids and gases are cooled and purified to meet the required standards. Biomass liquids may require further distillation and extraction to obtain specific liquid fuels. Biomass gases are typically removed from impurities and adjusted for use as fuel or other applications.
04
Circular operation: The design of a continuous pyrolysis furnace enables it to operate continuously without the need for intermittent feeding. By continuously inputting new biomass raw materials and continuously discharging products, a continuous biomass pyrolysis process has been achieved.
