The particles in the exhaust gas are blocked on the surface of the filter media, while the purified gas passes through the filter media and is discharged from the dust collector.

When a certain amount of particulate matter accumulates on the filter medium, the pulse dust collector will start the dust cleaning device. The dust cleaning device provides high-pressure air flow or pulse air flow to knock down or shake off the particles on the filter medium and make them fall into the dust collecting hopper, thereby achieving the dust removal effect.

Pulse dust collectors usually adopt an intermittent dust cleaning method, that is, cleaning operations are performed within a certain time interval to maintain the continuous operation of the dust collector and ensure its dust removal efficiency.
