Settling tank
A settling tank, also known as a vertical settling tank, is a sedimentation tank in which wastewater flows vertically. The flat shape of the tank body is circular or square, and water enters the tank from top to bottom through the inlet pipe located at the center of the tank. Umbrella shaped baffles are installed below the pipe to evenly distribute wastewater in the tank and slowly rise along the entire water flow section. Suspended solids settle in the conical sedimentation hopper at the bottom of the tank, and clarified water flows out from the surrounding overflow weirs around the tank.

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Introducing and absorbing advanced technology and design from similar products, optimizing the overall and key parts of the equipment through computer design, greatly improving sedimentation efficiency and enhancing clarification effect.
01
Adapt to raw water turbidity (suspended solids content) below 3000NTU. When the turbidity of the raw water is high, the turbidity of the coagulation and sedimentation effluent should not exceed 100 NTU.
02
The overall structure of the equipment and the design of internal composite fillers are reasonable, effectively reducing the footprint of the equipment and facilitating operation and maintenance.
03
The operation of the equipment does not require mechanical stirring, and the hydraulic conditions are good. It has the ability to coagulate and precipitate high turbidity water, resulting in clarification efficiency.
04
Can operate intermittently or continuously, with stable performance and no noise. Equipped with dedicated operating platforms and escalators to facilitate equipment operation, maintenance, and repair.
