PLC control system

The PLC control system adopts Yongle Company's PLC as the main control station of the system. It adopts a modular structure design, and various individual modules can be widely combined to achieve the purpose of controlling different systems. It can fully meet the needs of medium-sized systems such as garbage treatment lines.

SYSTEM CHARACTERISTICS

The protection level of the entire equipment control cabinet and operation box is IP55. All on-site emergency stop buttons, limit switches, and protection levels are IP55

The system consists of PLC, detection components, operation components, control components, alarm display components, and emergency stop safety components

Install emergency stop button and manual/automatic operation switch button on the operation box to facilitate equipment maintenance and timely shutdown in case of malfunction

All low-voltage distribution and control products adopt products from companies such as Delixi. Circuit breakers use LZM and series products, contactors use DILA series products, and various micro interrupts use PL9 and other products, with reliable quality and low failure rates

This control system has two operating modes: manual and automatic. The manual operation mode is used to adjust the maintenance of a single equipment, and the automatic operation realizes the sequential automatic start and stop of the entire sorting system

Sensors, transmitters, and other components used to detect motor speed are selected from internationally renowned brands
