Automatic slag discharging system

An automatic slag discharging machine is installed in the pyrolysis furnace, and the pyrolysis carbon slag in the furnace is discharged through an auger. After being cooled by the wall cooling machine, it is packed and stored. The wall cooler uses a cold water jacket for heat exchange cooling.

SYSTEM CHARACTERISTICS

The cooling warehouse is a multi-layer compartment, with condensation water pipes arranged in the compartments. The periphery of the cooling warehouse is a water tank layer. Multiple water cooling realizes rapid cooling of carbon slag.

The cooling water flows in the water jacket to achieve efficient cooling of the carbon slag, and the high-temperature carbon slag in the furnace is transported to the cooling bin for cooling via a pipe chain conveyor.

Both the slag discharge pipe and the buffer bin are cooled by water jacket heat exchangers to achieve high temperature slag discharge of carbon slag, which is packaged after cooling.
