Waste tire pyrolysis refining equipment is a device used to convert waste tires into fuel oil, carbon black and other valuable compounds through a pyrolysis process. Pyrolysis is a high-temperature treatment technology that decomposes waste tires into gas, liquid and solid products by heating them in an oxygen-deficient or anaerobic environment. The following is the general workflow and components of waste tire pyrolysis refining equipment:
Waste tire pre-treatment: Before entering the pyrolysis equipment, waste tires usually need to be pre-treated, such as removing the metal parts on the tires. This can be accomplished by crushing, shearing or magnetic separation.
Pyrolysis reaction chamber: The waste tires are fed into the reaction chamber of the pyrolysis equipment, and then undergo pyrolysis reaction at high temperature. Usually, the temperature in the reaction chamber will be between 400°C and 800°C, and the atmosphere (usually anoxic or anaerobic) is controlled to promote the pyrolysis process of waste tires.
Product collection: During the pyrolysis process, waste tires break down into gas, liquid and solid products. These products are sent to corresponding collection devices for collection and separation.
Condensation and liquid separation: Since the gas produced by the pyrolysis process contains a large amount of liquid fuel oil and other volatile substances, it is necessary to go through a condensation and liquid separation process to separate the fuel oil from the gas.
Solid product treatment: The solid products produced during the pyrolysis process are mainly carbon black and steel wire. These solid products usually require further processing and separation to extract carbon black and recover steel wire.
Fuel Oil Processing: Fuel oil collected from the pyrolysis process often undergoes further processing and handling to improve its quality and stability. This may include steps such as desulfurization, denitrification, and decolorization.
Waste tire pyrolysis refining equipment usually consists of a pyrolysis reaction chamber, a condensation system, a solid product processing system, a fuel oil processing device, etc. The size and performance of the equipment can vary depending on the needs, from small mobile units to large industrial-grade equipment. The investment and operating costs of these equipment are relatively high, but with the increasing emphasis on renewable energy and resource recovery, their market demand is gradually increasing.
