Waste tire refining equipment is an environmentally friendly device that can convert waste tires into fuel oil, carbon black, steel wire, and combustible gases through pyrolysis technology. This technology solves the problem of dealing with waste tires and extracts high value-added resources, achieving a dual effect of resource reuse and environmental protection.
In waste tire refining equipment, waste tires are first subjected to pre-treatment, including cleaning, impurity removal, and cutting. Cleaning is to remove soil and impurities from the surface of the tire, impurity removal is to remove non rubber components such as steel wires from the tire, and cutting is to cut the waste tire into small pieces for subsequent pyrolysis treatment.
Pyrolysis is a crucial step in refining waste tires. Through chemical reactions in high-temperature, anaerobic or anaerobic environments, organic matter in tires is decomposed into small molecule combustible gases and liquid fuels. The temperature inside the pyrolysis reactor gradually rises to 350-600 degrees Celsius. Within this temperature range, the rubber material begins to undergo pyrolysis reactions, generating liquid fuel oil, carbon black, and steel wire. Heating is usually provided by burning a portion of combustible gas to reduce external energy consumption.
The liquid fuel and gas generated during the pyrolysis process are cooled and separated through a condensation system. The condensing system includes a condenser and a separator. The condenser cools the high-temperature combustible gas into liquid fuel oil, while the separator separates the liquid fuel oil from the residual gas. The separated liquid fuel oil is collected into an oil storage tank, while combustible gases can be used to provide heat source or further treatment for the equipment.
Carbon black and steel wire are separated and collected through separation equipment. Carbon black can be used as an industrial raw material, such as filler for rubber products, pigment for paints and inks, etc. The processed steel wire can be recycled and reused for manufacturing products such as steel.
Waste tire refining equipment has significant advantages in environmental protection. Through the reuse of resources and environmental protection, the pollution caused by waste tires to the environment has been effectively reduced, carbon emissions have been reduced, and the development of circular economy has been promoted. This technology provides an effective solution to the problem of waste tire disposal, contributing to green environmental protection and sustainable development.
