Magnetic separation equipment
The interaction between magnetic substances in materials and external magnetic fields is used to achieve sorting and classification. Magnetic separators usually consist of a feeding system, a magnetic separation system, a waste discharge system and other parts.
Trommel screen
Used for screening and sorting solid waste. It usually consists of a rotating cylinder and an internal screen. It has the advantages of wide applicability, high efficiency, simplicity and reliability, and can effectively help process and classify garbage.
Robot sorting equipment
Robot sorting equipment is an advanced domestic waste processing equipment that uses technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine vision, and robotic arms to automatically identify, classify, and sort waste.
Waste heat drying oven
The waste heat generated in the industrial production process is used to circulate hot air and dry the garbage. This equipment can effectively reduce the moisture content in the garbage and reduce the volume and weight of the garbage.
Sealed feeder
It is mainly used to transport domestic waste to subsequent processing equipment, such as incinerators, sorting equipment, etc. The main function of the sealed feeder is to ensure that the garbage will not produce secondary pollution during the transportation process, and at the same time, it can effectively control the discharge volume and transportation speed of the garbage.
Pyrolysis reactor
Used for pyrolysis treatment to convert organic waste into renewable energy or other useful chemical products. In the pyrolysis reactor, organic waste is thermally decomposed under high temperature conditions in an oxygen-deficient or low-oxygen environment, producing flammable gases, liquid oil and solid residues.
Low nitrogen burner
It is mainly used to provide fuel combustion in incinerators and minimize the generation of nitrogen oxides (NOx), thereby reducing environmental pollution. NOx is a gas harmful to air quality and human health, so the use of low-nitrogen burners is of great significance for reducing nitrogen oxide emissions.
High temperature slag discharge auger
It is used to transport and discharge the waste residue generated during the incineration process from the incinerator. During the incineration process, the garbage is burned by the flame and hot gas in the high-temperature furnace, producing ash and other residue materials, which need to be transported and processed through a high-temperature slag discharge auger.
Oil and water temporary storage tank
The oil-water temporary storage tank is a device used to temporarily store the oil-water mixture produced during the treatment of domestic waste. During the domestic waste treatment process, some liquid waste containing grease and water may be produced, such as sewage from the kitchen waste treatment process. The main function of the oil-water temporary storage tank is to temporarily store these oil-water mixtures for subsequent processing or disposal.
Purification tank
Used to purify and treat waste gas generated during the treatment process. It usually uses various adsorbents, catalysts and other materials to adsorb, decompose or transform harmful substances in exhaust gas to meet environmental emission standards.
Non-condensable gas circulation heating
Used to provide heat energy required by equipment such as incinerators. It utilizes the high-temperature heat energy in the flue gas generated during the incineration process and recovers and utilizes it through the non-condensable gas circulation system to achieve effective utilization and recycling of energy.
Secondary combustion chamber
It is used in the incinerator system for secondary combustion of exhaust gas to reduce the emission of harmful gases, improve incineration efficiency, and meet environmental emission standards.
