Vertical condenser

After the cooling water enters the pipeline from the top water distribution tank, it flows downward in a film like manner along the wall, and the flowing water is concentrated in the pool below. The refrigerant vapor enters from the upper part of the cylinder, releases heat, and condenses into a liquid outside the pipe, which is discharged from the bottom. Cooling water goes through the tube side, while refrigerant goes through the shell side. That is, high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant vapor cools, condenses, and converges on the outer surface of the heat transfer tube to the shell guide nozzle.
Horizontal condenser
Horizontal condenser is a common heat exchange equipment widely used in fields such as chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgical, food, textile, etc. Its main function is to restore residual gases or vapors, thereby reducing losses and pollution. The working principle of a horizontal condenser is to use cooling water to flow inside the condenser tube, taking away the heat of gas or steam, thereby condensing the gas or steam into a liquid. A horizontal condenser mainly consists of a shell, cooling water inlet and outlet, condenser tube bundle, support plate, insulation layer, etc. Among them, the shell is the outer shell of the condenser, usually made of high-quality steel plates welded together; Cooling water inlet and outlet are used to connect cooling water pipelines; The condenser bundle is the core component of the condenser, composed of multiple copper or steel pipes, used for heat transfer; The support plate is used to support the tube bundle and prevent its deformation; The insulation layer is used to reduce heat loss.
Settling tank
A settling tank, also known as a vertical settling tank, is a sedimentation tank in which wastewater flows vertically. The flat shape of the tank body is circular or square, and water enters the tank from top to bottom through the inlet pipe located at the center of the tank. Umbrella shaped baffles are installed below the pipe to evenly distribute wastewater in the tank and slowly rise along the entire water flow section. Suspended solids settle in the conical sedimentation hopper at the bottom of the tank, and clarified water flows out from the surrounding overflow weirs around the tank.
Water seal
A safety device used to prevent the flame of flammable liquid vapors from spreading outward. When designing flame retardant internal components, it is based on the medium of different mixed gases, gas composition, pressure drop, length to diameter ratio, and number of bends to design MESG values and achieve a certain flame retardant speed value with regular fillers. When the flame enters the flame arrester, it is cut into many small flame streams by regular flame blocking elements. Due to heat transfer and wall effect, the incoming gas is cooled, making it unable to reach the ignition temperature. Without the ignition temperature, combustion cannot be formed, ultimately extinguishing the flame flow and achieving the purpose of flame blocking.
Steam drum
Adjust the hot steam to separate different types of steam and lead them to different pipelines. The upper end is the steam inlet and outlet, and the lower end is the drainage outlet. Insulation material must be wrapped around it. The steam drum belongs to the pressure vessel category of special equipment and needs to be regularly inspected.
